Entries are invited from tourism and hospitality businesses, including food tours, cookery schools, pubs and restaurants that offer an enhanced local food and drink experience.
The best food and drink experiences should demonstrate:
- How you have incorporated local food and drink stories, events and culinary experiences
- Regional and seasonal spread
- A focus on quality and provenance
- International appeal
All entries must describe activities undertaken within the past year and completed by 18th January 2019.
Shortlisted entries in this category will be further assessed by presentation or mystery shop (depending on the nature of the business) to decide final winners.
