This award recognises tourism businesses that have leveraged technology in innovative ways in order to deliver a step change in their visitors’ experience.
Entrants must be able to demonstrate and describe:
- ‘how’ they have used technology in an ‘innovative’ way, i.e. the application of technology to support a more seamless visitor experience, or animating and uplifting an existing experience or launching a new experience.
- ‘what’ the impact of this innovative approach has been, i.e. the impact of the innovative application including visitor feedback.
All entries must describe activities undertaken within the past year and completed by 18th January 2019.
Shortlisted entries in this category will be further assessed by presentation to decide final winners.
